I believe yoga should be inclusive to all people. Yoga is a healing practice that you can enjoy at any point in your life. All ages, abilities and body types are welcome. Yoga is how you get back to yourself. I teach with compassion, mindfulness and patience and hope you will take the first step in your life long journey of yoga.

***Thursdays 9am class and Fridays Kid Yoga and Stories are free classes, they are hosted by the Hudson Library.
Mindful Roots – Mindful Roots is a slower paced class with an emphasis on breath and alignment. Students will be guided through postures that provide strength, grounding and stretching.
30 Minute Rise and Shine – This class is a 30 minutes session that will have you energized and ready for your day. Flow, breath and grounding elements will be the foundations.
Balance and Strength – This class is a Hatha style class. Postures will be held and a creative sequence will provide for a invigorating and focused class.
Power and Tone Yoga – This class is a combination of yoga and calisthenics. Get ready to work up a sweat and tone your muscles.
Align and Flow – This class is a yoga flow class designed with a creative sequence. It will leave you feeling energized and challenged.
